  • The referred person must complete their purchase and the referral form post-purchase to activate the rewards for both parties.

3. Rewards:

  • For each successful referral confirmed by the matching email addresses and the referred individual’s purchase, both you and the referred individual will receive $50.
  • Rewards will be sent back to the account of your choice once we reach out with confirmed referral details from both parties.
  • You may refer an unlimited number of new clients.
  • Your total referral rewards can cover up to 100% of your tutoring costs if you also participate in the Review Form/Social Media Program, or up to $50 left total without filling out the Review/Social Media Form.

4. Tracking Your Referrals:

  • You can track your referrals and rewards by logging into your account on our website. Confirmation of referrals will be communicated through your registered email.

Introduction:

At The Doctor Journey, we are committed to your success on the Step 1 exam. Our satisfaction guarantee is designed to ensure that you receive the support you need to excel. Below are the terms and conditions that outline how we can achieve this together.

The program is made to have unlimited sessions to lead to your passing at our tutor’s discretion. They will devise what they believe is the right amount of sessions you need to succeed based off your most recent practice test score. If you would like more sessions beyond the amount we recommend for you, you may request additional help at $75 per session.

If you are signing up for the program for 4 or more months out from your exam, there will be no discount price and it will be the full price.

Eligibility For The Guarantee

To be eligible for our Step 1 ULTIMATE Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Practice Test Requirement: You must have completed an official practice test from either the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) or the UWorld Self Assessment (UWSA) prior to starting your tutoring sessions.
  2. Documentation for Extra Time: If you are granted extra time by the test makers due to testing accommodations, please provide us with proof so that we can tailor our tutoring sessions to meet your specific needs.
  3. Mandatory Practice Tests: You must complete NBME practice tests 25 through 31 as part of your preparation under our program.
  4. Attendance: You are required to attend all scheduled tutoring sessions to remain eligible for the guarantee.
  5. Timing of Last Session: Your last tutoring session must occur within two weeks of your scheduled Step 1 exam to ensure the freshness of the material.

Refund Process: Should you not pass the Step 1 exam, you are eligible to apply for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Notification: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your official Step 1 exam score.
